Packing List Suggestions on clothing and equipment:
- We offer a daily laundry service.
- Sunscreen of SPF 40+. This is important as you may get very sunburnt in the harsh African sun.
- Passport, airline tickets and any necessary documentation.
Remember to check the expiry dates on all documents.
- Personal medication and toiletries (including soaps, shampoos, razors etc).
- Hat or cap.
- Binoculars (10×40 recommended) with a strap.
- Camera with memory stick and charger.
- Plug adaptor (South Africa has 220V system – 3 round pin plugs) and chargers for all your devices.
- Pair of hunting boots with good ankle support, an additional pair of sneakers/trainers to wear at the airport and around the lodge. A pair of Gaiters are also a good idea.
- Warm jacket/coat to wear in the evenings and cooler days.
- 3 sets of hunting clothes (olive green, camo or dark khaki colours are recommended, avoid scratchy material).
- 2 warm sweaters.
- Light pair of gloves.
- Casual clothes for airport, touring and evenings around the campfire.
- Soft backpack to use for day trips.
- Flashlight.
- Insect repellent.
- Small dollar notes for tipping staff who help at different places.

- Good quality telescope
- Range finder
